Refund Policy

Evolve Gymnastics has a no refund policy. A ‘casual’ session commits you to a class. A term enrolment is a term commitment and will not be refunded, under any circumstance. Credit will not be given for classes missed due to illness, holidays or injuries sustained outside of Evolve Gymnastics.

Parent Portal

The Parent Portal is the tool that allows current members to manage their account online. Existing customers can update their contact information, view their fees and payments, enrol into additional classes and events, send online payments, as well as see and read past sent emails, registrations, and texts.

Click here to enter the PARENT PORTAL. Once you have enrolled your child in your chosen class, please return to the dashboard to make payment. If you are enrolling for a Term program, the GymNSW Membership and Insurance fee will need to be added to your account manually, by one of our staff.

If you have been a past member with us (for example, your child has attended previous holiday clinics) and the system cannot find your account, please contact us via info@evolvegymnastics.com.

For first time users, login with your email address as your Login ID.  If you set up your Portal Account password on your initial online Registration form, you will use that password. Otherwise, select the blue phrase "Forgot your password or need to get started?" link which is on the Portal Login page. An email will immediately be sent to you with an auto-generated temporary password.
